Skampy Construction is a family-run home upgrade and remodeling crew based in Sioux Falls. Owner Ahmad Yaqoub started Skampy in 2019 with a simple idea: homeowners deserve a contractor who shows up, gives a straight price, and does the work right the first time. Since then we've finished basements, freshened up kitchens, painted homes inside and out, laid new floors, and knocked out the long list of small fixes that pile up around a house.

We work across Sioux Falls and about 50 miles around, including Brandon, Harrisburg, Tea, Hartford, and Dell Rapids. Because you hire us directly instead of through a referral service, there's no middleman marking up your price and no rotating cast of subs you've never met. You talk to the same people from the first handshake to the final walkthrough, and the crew doing the work is the crew you got to know.

And when we're done, the work is backed by a written workmanship guarantee, at least 30 days on smaller jobs and at least 90 days on larger, more involved projects.
