What the contact form collects
When you request a free estimate or reach out through our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us, which typically include your name, phone number, email address, your city or town, and a description of the project you're interested in. You decide what to share, and you only share it when you submit the form.
How we use it
We use the information from the contact form for one reason: to respond to your request and talk with you about your project. The form is sent to us through a third-party service called EmailJS, which delivers your message to our email inbox so we can get back to you. We don't use your contact details for anything other than following up on your request.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand, in aggregate, how people find and use the site, for example which pages are visited most. This is anonymous, general usage data that helps us improve the website. It is not tied to your name, and we don't use it to identify individual visitors. Google may set cookies as part of this. If you'd like, you can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's own opt-out tools.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. The only parties that touch your information are the services that make the site work, such as EmailJS for delivering your message and Google Analytics for anonymous website statistics.
Keeping your information
We keep the messages you send us for as long as we reasonably need them to serve you and keep our own records. If you'd like us to delete the information you've sent, just ask and we'll take care of it.
